This Award-Winning Centre of Excellence, nestled in the breathtaking heart of the Gold Coast CBD, is a perfect blend of modern interior design and rustic charm. Lisa’s attention to detail and unique vision has created a space that not only looks beautiful but also tells a story. As a Residential & Commercial Building Design Firm, we understand the importance of a space that inspires creativity and reflects our values.
The space is a perfect blend of ‘Farmhouse Chic’ design elements and décor that bring warmth to the place. From its stylish polished concrete flooring to 200-year-old Chinese doors turned into office desks, the space is filled with visually appealing elements. The beautifully cushioned bench seating with storage underneath, sanded structural concrete support columns, and foundry walls and accents throughout, all add to the comfort and functionality of the space.
The design elements used in this space are not only aesthetically pleasing but also tell a story. Railway sleepers chocolate washed with a wire brush finish cladding, 40 Million year old granite with quartz vein mined in Brazil, cut in Italy and acid washed to create a leather effect are just a few examples of the unique features of this space which create a warm and inviting atmosphere that promotes a sense of calm and relaxation.
One of the standout design features of this space is the Modern Shaker style kitchen with brass mesh inserts with Quantum Quartz Michelangelo splashback. The Chicago brick feature tiles, chandelier, 19th-century mirror, LED lighting, and foundry walls and accents throughout, all add to the tone of this incredible work and design environment.
This innovative creative space with views of the Gold Coast Broadwater and Pacific Ocean truly captures the essence of what our business stands for. We are dedicated to creating spaces that are not only beautiful but also functional and sustainable. Lisa Yarker has done an exceptional job of bringing together all these elements in one place, making it a perfect example of our values and vision.
